Expert Trainer
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead design initiatives for our AI security web platform and other products within our portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with design, product, and engineering teams, shaping the user experience of future product releases, from initial concept through to final execution. A strong technical understanding of the product, its diverse use cases, and the ability to balance creative design with realistic timelines are essential for success in this position.

Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and video tutorials, to effectively communicate complex product features and best practices.
Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops, adapting content to different learning styles and technical backgrounds.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and ensure that training content is up-to-date.
Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs and materials.
Track and report on training progress, performance, and customer satisfaction to measure the success and impact of training initiatives.
Collaborate with the customer success team to provide ongoing support and ensure customers are effectively using Gymon’s platform.
